Urban Paths

While volunteering at the Movement for Israeli Urbanism (MIU), Hadasa lead the submission project for a competition hosted by The National Planning Administration in Israel. Hadasa lead the development of a participatory tool for urban planning based on paths created by people in the urban realm. The tool presents e perspective on planning based on peoples personal experience in the city. These experiences create a Bottom up approach to planning and that aims to balance the conventional top Down approach.

MIU won first place in this competition! The purpose of the competition was to encourage urbanism in Israel and search for new ways to strengthen Israeli Urbanism.
